Sweet Rolls



Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Ingredients:

1/2 cup warm water 110 degrees
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg
1/4 cup softened butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3-3/4 cups of all purpose or bread flour
2 teaspoons or 2 packets of yeast


Preparation:

mix together in large bowl the flour, sugar, and salt. add 1/2 cup warm milk, 1 egg, 1/4 cup softened butter. Use package directions for disolving yeast in warm water, wait 10 minutes and add to mixture. Mix all together well and form into soft ball. Let rest in warm area until dough doubles in size. Punch dough down, kneed, let rest and rise again. Punch down again, pull off pieces and make approximately golf ball size balls. Put on non-stick cooking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

Yield: 12 big rolls
