Jackies Green Jello
1 small pkg of lime jello
1 sm can crushed pineapple
16 large marshmallows (or 160 mini's)
1 - 3 oz pkg of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup crushed pecans (optional)
Drain juice from pineapple into measuring cup and add
water to make 1 cup.
Empty liquid into medium size sauce pan, add jello and heat to boiling.
Turn down heat and add marshmallows to liquid.
Stir constantly until dissolved.
Take off heat and add 1 cup cold water. Pour into bowl.
Store in refrigerator until partially set.
Add softened cream cheese to jello mixture.
Add crushed pineapple to mixture.
Stir in pecans if desired.
Put back in refrigerator to set hard.
