Uncle Bill's Fried Rice

1. start a pot of rice.

2. cut your meat into small pieces. use any meat, even hamburger or hot dogs or any combination.

3. put a pack of frozen chopped onions or seasoning blend in the microwave for 3 minutes.

4. while the onions are cooking, spray a large pot with pam and start to brown the meat in the pot.

5. when the onions are done, put them in with the meat and continue stirring.

6. put a pack of frozen peppers, green, red, yellow or a comination in the microwave for 3 minutes.

7. when the peppers are done, put them in the meat and continue stirring.

8. put a pack or two of frozen vegetables in the microwave and cook 3 minutes.

9. when the vegetables are done, put in with the meat and continue stirring.

10. stir in a packet of fried rice seasoning mix. found by the spice rack with the dry gravy mixes, etc.

11. when everything in the pot is tender and the rice is done, dump all the rice in the pot with the other stuff.

12. stir, stir, stir. mix it up good. you're done. enjoy your meal.

think of fried rice as basically a leftovers type of meal. use whatever you have available.
use as much or as little of any ingredients or sustitute your own ingredients.
you can substitute fresh vegetables in place of everything frozen or even use canned vegetables, whatever is easier for you.
make a big pot and eat for several days.
