Cool Whip salad

2 big cans of mandarin oranges
1 big can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. (chunks actually work better and are easier to drain).
8 oz small curd cottage cheese ( low calorie cottage cheese works good)
cool whip (as much as you want, but equal amounts of cottage cheese and cool whip work good)
Cool whip Lite tastes just as good as full strength.


drain and drink or discard juice from the oranges and pineapple.
mix in a big bowl oranges, pineapple, cottage cheese and cool whip.
refrigerate or eat immediately.
